Really good Staff and Cozy Rooms!
warm greetingswift check-infresh omelettes
The front desk staff, especially Trainee and Yaha, greeted me warmly upon arrival, their swift check-in was appreciated. I enjoyed the pizzas at the hotel restaurant. They reminded me of Milan. The staff at the restaurant, Preeti and Ashish, provided amazing service. The complimentary breakfast is good. They serve oven-fresh omelettes and pancakes upon request, so do ask.
There were NO slippers in the room, though reception said I could request them, which I found slightly inconvenient.

The hotel is near the Qatar National Convention Centre. It is far from the city center. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood which I liked. The location offers ample parking space.

The pool is perfectly sized for both adults and children. It features a warm jacuzzi. Complimentary towels are available at the pool. Life jackets for kids are provided. I rarely had that in other hotels.

I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and liked the pizzas VERY much. The complimentary breakfast included oven-fresh omelettes and pancakes upon request. I found the food to be AMAZING!!!

The staff at the reception were very cute. Especially Trainee and Yaha. The restaurant staff was courteous, especially Preeti and Ashish. The staff is ALWAYS cheerful and cute. I think this is the foundation of the hospitality business.

I found the staff very friendly. the location was also quite convenient, especially with the tram station nearby. the breakfast had a good variety. I liked the fresh omelettes.
The room felt a bit small for two adults. It lacked storage. housekeeping sometimes missed replacing all the towels. the shower temperature fluctuated between cold and hot which was annoying.

the room was clean and tidy. car parking was available and spacious.
The rooms are not sound proof. normally, they give you a family room on the second floor. It's very bad. if they provide a room above the main entrance, there is noise from outsiders.

inconsistent experience with some issues

i had a few issues the room i booked was quite small. housekeeping only left one bath towel initially even for multiple guests. also there wasn't a way to heat food in the room a microwave would have been useful.

lovely hotel experience
comfy bedscute staffinterconnecting rooms
the beds were super comfy. the staff were cute, and i was able to check in early since my flight arrived ahead of time. the check-in team also made sure i had interconnecting rooms.
